Our step-by-step process is described below

First time applicants complete form online or manually
Submit completed form to membership@lopza.org or online
Existing members get auto-renewal invoice each year - 1st February
“Letter of Good Standing” + portal access on payment
Applications reviewed by Membership Committee
Sent to Advisory Board - decision within 3 weeks
Successful applicants receive invoice - 30 days to pay
“Letter of Good Standing” + portal access on payment
Annual renewal payments required - each member category
Deadline for membership renewal - March 1 each year
Non-payment = membership cancellation + penalties for reinstatement
“Letter of Good Standing” + portal access on payment
Membership year: March 1 – February 28
No pro-rata membership
Unique membership number issued
